Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Research already funded, including legal or historical research

How to apply

  • Send your funding request, a budget of anticipated expenses, and proof that the claim has been filed with the tribunal to the Specific Claims Funding Unit at 10, rue Wellington, Gatineau QC K1A 0H4
  • Submit the request no later than 15 December each year

Processing and Agreement

  • Funding requests must be approved by Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada before any costs are incurred
