This funding provides up to $60,000 to increase access to markets and audiences for professional artists and arts organizations from Official Language Minority Communities. It supports market-access initiatives that help reach a broader range of publics.

- The applicant must be a Canadian professional artist, arts professional, artistic group, or professional arts organization.
- The applicant must self-identify as belonging to an Official Language Minority Community (OLMC).
- The proposed initiative must aim to increase access to markets and audiences for OLMC professional arts.

Selection criteria
How to apply
- Step 1: Portal registration and profile creation
- Create a user account in the portal.
- Submit one or more profiles for approval.
- Register at least 30 days before the date you want to submit an application.
- Step 2: Profile validation
- Wait for Arts Council staff to review and validate your profile.
- Step 3: Submit application through program components
- After your profile is validated, submit an application to the relevant program component(s) in the portal.
