- Step 3: Submit Application
- Submit the completed funding proposal and all required documentation to the appropriate department.
- Step 4: Application Review
- Your proposal will be reviewed by a Working Group, which meets once per year to evaluate funding proposals.
- In urgent cases where the Working Group has already met, the Manager of French Services may make a recommendation for approval or rejection.
- Step 5: Receive Decision and Funding Agreement
- If approved, receive a Conditional Contribution Agreement specifying payment terms and reporting requirements.
- Step 6: Reporting
- Submit an achievement report detailing the project’s benefits, compared to the original proposal expectations, by the end of the reporting period.
