- Contact FortisBC at 1-866-436-7847 to submit your proposed project design for review by the Customer Design Group.
- Once your project has been reviewed and approved by the Customer Design Group, you’ll be contacted and advised of next steps.
- Your contractor develops a detailed design based on FortisBC’s requirements and submits it for final review.
- They then purchase and install the FortisBC-approved materials according to approved construction standards.
