- Artists and interested organizations must first complete and submit the application and liability waiver form.
Processing and Agreement
- The Service de la culture et du patrimoine receives the request and confirms the applicant’s eligibility.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, the request is transferred to the Service de la gestion des matières résiduelles et de la valorisation.
- The Service de la gestion des matières résiduelles et de la valorisation manages access to the ecocentres, material collection, and the return of materials where applicable.

- The initiative is a joint project of the Service de la culture et du patrimoine and the Service de la gestion des matières résiduelles et de la valorisation.
- It was developed in connection with the Politique culturelle 2025-2030 of the City of Québec.
