- Projects must align with at least one program objective.

- Step 2: Complete the online application
- Access the application form through Transfer Payment Ontario.
- Use the form for the Community and Culture stream.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Review the application carefully before sending.
- Submit through the Transfer Payment Ontario system.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission through Transfer Payment Ontario.
- Selected projects will be notified of funding in the summer of 2026.
