- Incorporated non-profit Francophone organizations.
- Incorporated non-profit organizations serving Ontario’s Francophone community.
- Municipalities, Indigenous communities, and Indigenous organizations serving the Francophone community.
Eligible expenses
- Eligible project costs and expenses directly related to the project.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission through Transfer Payment Ontario.
- Selected projects will be notified of funding in the summer of 2026.
