Processing and Agreement
- Applications are screened for residency in Tecumseh and outstanding amounts owing to the Town.
- A Building Inspector reviews eligible work and may conduct a site visit.
- If approved, property owners must sign the required release and liability waiver.
- After the work is completed, the Town processes the paperwork and issues a cheque for the eligible subsidy amount.

- The subsidy is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available funding.
