Who is eligible?
- Registered charities or non-profit organizations that work to support communities within Nova Scotia.
Who is not eligible
- Individuals or individual pursuits/fundraising initiatives.
- Religious organizations whose primary purpose is religious practice or worship, unless they are engaged in a significant project benefiting the community as a whole.
- Organizations that do not align with NSLC's values and service standards.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects or initiatives that provide no clear or direct benefit to the province of Nova Scotia.
- Research projects.
Selection criteria
- Preference will be given to organizations working on projects and initiatives that promote inclusivity and provide strong benefits to equity seeking or other underserved groups and communities.
- Preference will be given to organizations that have impact throughout the province of Nova Scotia.

- Submit the completed application by email to CSR@myNSLC.com.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by NSLC's Employee Community Advisory Committee, comprised of team members from across the province.
- The committee approves the final grant recipients.
