Processing and Agreement
- Applications are analyzed by the investment committee.
- The committee recommends financial support based on available funds and policy rules.

- The project must be completed within one year of acceptance, and a final report is required.

- A non-refundable file opening fee of $150 applies.
- Only one funding application per year is allowed per business.
