- UNEQ members
- Non-UNEQ writers with at least one published book
Who is not eligible
- People who have not published at least one book.
- Requests for living costs while writing a book.
Eligible expenses
- Rent and other essential living expenses.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Living expenses or other costs during the writing of a book.
Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed by the committee after being sent by the UNEQ General Director.
- Additional information may be requested during the review.
- The committee makes a recommendation as quickly as possible.
- The decision is final and cannot be appealed.
