Processing and Agreement

- For a first application, the applicant must meet the general director at a scheduled time, and payment is made in two instalments: 50% on approval and the balance at mid-session after proof of continued attendance.
- Final acceptance is granted only after the provincial tax assessment notices for the tax year preceding the application are provided.
