Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are analyzed by the scholarship committee.
  • The committee sends a written response within the weeks following the application, and a delay should be expected during the summer period.
  • The Foundation may accept or refuse an application.
  • For a first application, the applicant must meet the general director at a scheduled time, and payment is made in two instalments: 50% on approval and the balance at mid-session after proof of continued attendance.
  • Final acceptance is granted only after the provincial tax assessment notices for the tax year preceding the application are provided.
