How to apply
- The intervenant or educator completes the appropriate form available on the foundation’s intranet or website.
- The young person completes the appropriate form.
- Supporting documentation must be attached when required by the program.
- The chief of service must sign the application.
- The completed nomination form must be sent to the Foundation for Enfance et Jeunesse at the address stated in the form.
Processing and Agreement
- The selection committee evaluates the applications and submits a list of recipients to the board of directors.
- The board of directors is not required to award the prize if the applications do not meet the stated conditions or for any reason it considers valid.
- For the youth scholarship forms, the applicant must authorize the foundation’s representatives to carry out necessary verifications.
