Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed, and an on-site assessment is scheduled.
- The Program Coordinator provides an outline of eligible work and reviews the contractor quote.
- A plumbing-only permit is opened before work begins.
- After the work is finished, a final plumbing inspection is required.
- The rebate is processed after the final invoice is submitted and the permit is closed.

- Applications may be closed after six months of inactivity.
