• The applicant must be a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
• For Family Grant consideration, the organization must be invited to apply.
• For Family Grant consideration, the application must be championed by a foundation family member.

• Ontario-based registered charities
• Registered Canadian charities (for donation matching)

Who is not eligible

• Organizations not registered as charities with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
• Organizations not based in Ontario (for Family Grant)
• Organizations not invited to apply or not championed by a foundation family member (for Family Grant)

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• The foundation’s executive typically meets twice a year (spring and fall) to review requests and determine approvals.
• All applications, whether approved or not, are reported to the full family membership at the AGM.

• The foundation offers two types of support: a Matching Grant and a Family Grant.
• The foundation’s primary interest areas are Arts, Environment, and Family Services.
• Decisions are reviewed annually by the membership.
• All applications (successful or not) are reported to the full family membership at the AGM.
