Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed in stages: primary review, technical review committee evaluation, and final Board decision.
  • Board decisions are final, and there is no appeal process. Applicants are notified by email in late March.
  • If approved, any funding conditions must be satisfied before work begins.
  • A Conditional Grant Agreement must be signed before funding is released.
  • Annual grant reports are required through Survey Apply.
