  • For housing projects: the clientele selection criteria, the health network agreement if needed, the timeline, the offer to purchase, the contractor quotations, and the complete budget
  • For anniversary requests: a short document with three tables on members, annual recipients, and services offered

Eligible expenses

  • The amounts of quotations from external suppliers for organizational capacity-building requests
  • External resources or staff time to develop a project deployment plan
  • Costs of territorial reflection
  • Costs of sectoral mobilization
  • Adapted equipment purchases

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • A stage that is part of the diploma as usually agreed
  • Adapted equipment purchases where the acquired goods would not remain the organization’s property

Selection criteria

  • The project must be linked to the foundation’s mission
  • The project must have a direct impact on the people concerned
  • The project must demonstrate an objective of financial autonomy
  • The project must have a realistic budget
  • The project must involve the relevant partners from the start, and digital strategy requests must present an economies-of-scale analysis when possible; the organization’s own resource contribution is also part of the evaluation
