- A stage that is part of the diploma as usually agreed
- Adapted equipment purchases where the acquired goods would not remain the organization’s property

- The project must be linked to the foundation’s mission
- The project must have a direct impact on the people concerned
- The project must demonstrate an objective of financial autonomy
- The project must have a realistic budget
- The project must involve the relevant partners from the start, and digital strategy requests must present an economies-of-scale analysis when possible; the organization’s own resource contribution is also part of the evaluation
