- Treatments for lymphedema (maximum of $500), parking, child care, and rehabilitation care such as lymphedema management, yoga class, or swimming (maximum of $300)
- Rent or mortgage payments (maximum of $700), utilities (hydro, gas, water; maximum of $400), and supportive care including counseling and attendance at a cancer support program
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors
- Longer-term treatments such as Herceptin or bisphosphonates, except for patients diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer
- Credit card payments, cable, phone, insurance, property taxes or condo fees, and restaurant receipts
- Costs associated with accommodation
- Medications not related to treatment

Processing and Agreement
- Incomplete applications will not be presented to the Advisory Committee and may delay or deny financial assistance
- The Review Committee, with discretion, retains the right to deny any application
- Applicants will be notified of the decision to provide financial support within three weeks of receipt of the application
- Application and documents will be returned if financial assistance is not provided
