Financial Incentives update
Bracebridge’s Financial Incentives page now shows an apply-by date of September 11, 2026 for the Community Grant Program and the Event Tourism Grant. The page also no longer surfaces the earlier eligibility criteria list for those programs and has been reorganized into three linked program cards. Several Community Improvement Plan pages were simplified by removing Availability and Purpose sections, including the Façade Improvement Grant/Loan, Housing Grant/Loan, Property Improvement Grant/Loan, and Tax Increment Equivalent Grant pages. The CIP pages still show the core apply link, but the town address and phone contact block was removed from some program pages, while funding terms on the main CIP content remain broadly unchanged at up to 50% of eligible costs and a maximum $10,000 on the building-related grants shown.
