  • Non-profit organizations
  • Cooperatives
  • Self-employed workers who employ one or more salaried employees
  • Groups of self-employed workers who employ one or more salaried employees

Who is not eligible

  • Ministries, public organizations, and parapublic organizations
  • Businesses with 100 or more salaried employees in Quebec, or active in Quebec for less than 12 months
  • Businesses whose activities are interrupted by a strike or lockout, or that do not respect labour standards, are on the RENA, or failed obligations under a financial aid, contract, or agreement with the Ministry after formal notice
  • Businesses affected by OQLF non-compliance rules, including those on the non-compliant list, those with 25 or more employees for at least 6 months without the required francization status, and those with 5 to 24 employees that refused OQLF services or did not respect agreed terms

  • Contact the chosen partner so a adviser can verify eligibility, explain the available activities and training, determine the suitable learning formula, and complete and submit the workplace French service request.

Processing and Agreement

  • The partner prepares and sends the training offer and draft service agreement for your review and approval.
  • The training offer is also sent to the Ministry for approval.
