- Initiatives, awareness-raising, education, mobilization, and development of new intervention models in school, housing, work, and other living environments
- Support for people in vulnerable situations, with identification of barriers and tailored support

- Organizational chart of the organization's administrative structure and organizational chart of the project's administrative structure
- Signed board resolution designating the person authorized to sign the form and the financial assistance agreement
- Support letters from project partners; for an individual, also include the sponsoring organization's letter and the curriculum vitae
- Copy of the organization's charter and bylaws
- Financial report for the last fiscal year and annual activities report adopted at the last annual general meeting

- Legally constituted organizations with headquarters in Quebec

Eligible expenses
- Salary of one or more people related to the management or implementation of the project
- Advertising costs or costs for designing and printing informational or promotional materials
- Travel or training expenses, as applicable, with reasonable reimbursement parameters for travel expenses
- Expenses directly related to carrying out the project and incurred by the applicant organization
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Rent, electricity, maintenance and repair expenses, insurance or banking fees related to the organization's regular activities
- Staff compensation for carrying out regular activities
- Expenses incurred before the start of the project
- Purchase of a prize for a contest, promotional items, or equipment used for the organization's regular activities
- Repayment of a debt, accumulated deficit, or loan, as well as expenses already reimbursed by another program
Selection criteria
- Project relevance: alignment with the direction, the Program priorities, and the needs of the community
- Quality and feasibility: expertise and resources of the organization, credibility of the budget and timeline, overall quality of the application
- Scope of impacts: response to the needs of the community, positive effects on the community, and direct service offering to the target population
- Projects without direct service offering to the population will not be prioritized
- The scope and impacts must align with the Initiative or Development component
