How to apply
- Step 1: Submit the financial assistance request
- Complete the application form.
- Send the form and required documents by email to sudd.projets.immobiliers@gatineau.ca.
- Step 2: Submit the municipal approval request and building permit application
- After the City confirms the request is receivable, submit the request subject to City Council approval to the local service center.
- Also submit the building permit application.
Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed once it is complete and all required documents have been submitted.
- The City may request additional documents during the review or permit process.
- A municipal council resolution number and a building permit number are required for admissibility.
- After the works are completed, the City inspects the building to verify compliance.
