Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a non-profit organization operating as a tenant (not owning the premises) in a taxable non-residential building within the territory of Montreal.
  • The organization must offer its services within Montreal for the benefit of the local population.
  • The organization must be recognized by the City as operating in one or more of the following fields: arts and culture, social and community development, or sports and recreation.
  • The premises must be primarily used for activities related to these eligible domains.

  • Businesses headquartered in residential or non-taxable properties.

  • Monthly rent for non-residential, taxable premises used primarily for eligible activities.

  • Organizations located within the city of Montreal.
