Documents Needed
- New vehicle: a complete, signed sale or lease contract in the name and address of the applicant, the vehicle description (DVN), the Service reçu issued at SAAQ registration, and the signed transfer-of-rights form.
- Used vehicle: a complete, signed sale contract in the name and address of the applicant, the Service reçu issued at SAAQ registration, the vehicle file from SAAQ, proof of battery residual-capacity inspection, and the signed transfer-of-rights form.
- Charging-station reimbursement: proof of purchase for the charging station, including any promotion, rebate, or reduction granted on the purchase price.

- Quebec car dealers acquiring an electric vehicle for the needs of their dealership

How to apply
- Create a user account in the program’s online services.
- Activate the account using the email you receive.
- Sign in to the online services, select Programme Roulez vert or Programme Roulez électrique, and create your profile.
- If you are a private individual, select the profile type Particulier.
- For a dealer-applied rebate, the client must already be registered online, the dealer verifies vehicle eligibility, and the client signs the transfer-of-rights form so the rebate can be applied to the contract.
- Use the online services to submit your own rebate request for a new or used vehicle or for charging-station assistance.
Processing and Agreement
- The client signs the transfer-of-rights form authorizing the rebate to be paid to the dealer.
- If the client refuses to transfer the rights, the client must submit the rebate request themselves.
- The Government of Quebec then pays the rebate directly to the dealer.
