Who is eligible?
- Canadian citizens.
- Permanent residents.
- Legally constituted organizations with head office in Montreal.

- Costs directly linked to the proposal’s activities, incurred during their realization, and judged reasonable and essential
- Salaries linked to eligible activities
- Expert consulting fees
- Acquisition of materials, equipment, and plants
- Other costs incurred to carry out eligible activities

Selection criteria
- Improve the quality of life of citizens in the target neighborhoods (40%).
- Quality, feasibility (technical, regulatory, etc.), and the capacity of project leaders to implement the initiative (20%).
- Ability to build partnerships and mobilize businesses and residents in the target sector (20%).
- Capacity of the project to remain sustainable after implementation (20%).
- Initiatives that meet all criteria and are durably rooted in these neighborhoods, or that show recurrence, may be prioritized.
How to apply
- Take note of the evaluation criteria.
- Include a provisional budget.
- Select the appropriate volet A or B according to the nature of the project.
- Complete and submit the form before 17 April 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- A convention is established between project leaders and PME MTL Centre-Est.
- Selected projects receive a bursary and support to facilitate implementation.
- Before the contribution is disbursed, project leaders must demonstrate the project-related expenses.
