- Stream B: improved coexistence and reduced industrial or trucking nuisances; lasting territorial transformation and durable installations, with maintenance planned where needed; demonstrated local needs; public appropriation of space; community participation; team capacity; a realistic budget and schedule.

Processing and Agreement
