Field Trip Grants updated for 2026/27
The Field Trip Grants pages now show the 2026/27 cycle: applications open October 1, close October 31, notifications are sent by December 1, and completion materials are due by the end of June 2027. The process was tightened so expenses must be approved in advance, certain expenses are ineligible, the grant must be accepted by phone with the Director of Education before final approval, and proof of payment must be paid receipts rather than invoices for reimbursement up to $250. Support and update instructions now point applicants to the Educator Newsletter and social channels, and the contact listed is Sarah Carlson, Director of Education, at sarah@vancouverheritagefoundation.org.
