    • Complete the application form.
    • Gather the required supporting documentation.
  • Step 2: Submit the application
    • Deliver the completed application package to Parks and Community Development at 4061 Fourth Avenue, or mail it to Parks and Community Development, 2121 Second Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon Y1A 1C2.
    • Ensure the application is received by 4:30 p.m. on August 31.
    • Registered mail postmarked August 31 is accepted.
  • Step 3: Await review
    • The application is reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the policy.
    • The assessment team considers applications within three weeks after the deadline.
  • Step 4: Council decision
    • The assessment team makes recommendations to City Council for funding and in-kind support.
