Who is eligible?
- Youth-led organizations, projects, or groups.
- Applicants aged 30 and under at the time of applying; Indigenous youth aged 35 and under at the time of applying, including youth who are Indigenous to Turtle Island, non-status, urban, reconnecting, or connected to their communities in non-formal ways.
- Applicants with Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, refugee status, or a visa.
- Grassroots organizations or applicants conducting not-for-profit activities.

- Groups connected to political parties or partisan work
- Organizations promoting discrimination, violence, or human rights violations
- Groups with unsustainable practices or no adequate climate plan
- Groups with a history of tokenizing youth or disrespecting youth voices
