- Lyrical artists and conductors aged 33 or under on 30 August 2026
- Canadian citizens living in Quebec for at least 5 years, including those studying abroad
- Permanent residents who immigrated to Canada and have lived in Quebec for at least 5 years
- Emerging artists aiming for an international career
