Who is eligible?

  • Recent post-secondary graduates.
  • Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and protected persons.
  • People with a Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Canadians who studied abroad.

Who is not eligible

  • Applicants who are not legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Applicants who did not graduate within the stated graduation period.
  • Applicants without a post-secondary credential.

Eligible expenses

  • Participation fee for the Fellowship program.
  • Travel expenses related to Training Camp.
  • Basic living expenses during the in-person Training Camp and job-seeking period.

  • Virtual participation is available.
  • Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, for Training Camp.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Successful applicants are invited to a virtual selection event as the final step.

  • Grant applications open only after a spot in the cohort has been offered.

  • The program has two admissions cycles: Fall and Spring.
  • Applications for the 2025 cohort are closed, with a waitlist available.
