Processing and Agreement

  • The application is reviewed by the Administrative/Community Services Coordinator.
  • The request may be approved or denied based on eligibility and facility availability.
  • The applicant is notified in writing of the decision.
  • If approved, the applicant must sign the municipality’s standard rental agreement and provide required insurance documents or purchase municipal insurance.
  • If the applicant disagrees with the decision, a written reconsideration request may be submitted to the CAO for a final decision.

  • The municipality may require a damage deposit.
  • Rental confirmation is only issued after full payment and a signed facility rental agreement.
