  • Non-profit organizations partnering with a municipal, provincial, territorial, or First Nations, Inuit, or Métis government or community.
  • Town, city, rural municipality, or First Nations, Inuit, or Métis government/community under 50,000 people.

  • For-profit entities.
  • Organizations that received FCC AgriSpirit funding in the past five years.
  • Organizations that do not pass FCC’s background check.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Operating budgets and debt reduction campaigns.
  • Fundraising through private foundations or third parties, unless tied to a specific capital project.
  • Private projects, religious or political initiatives, daycare, private school, and preschool projects.
  • Projects outside Canada, projects that harm the environment, sports teams, and sports equipment purchases.
