    • Attend one of the required information sessions before submitting a letter of intent.
    • Sessions are held on March 26 or April 2.
  • Step 2: Prepare the letter of intent
    • Complete the letter of intent for the funding program.
  • Step 3: Submit the letter of intent
    • Submit the letter of intent by the stated deadline.
  • Step 4: Await notification
    • Successful letters of intent will be notified by May 2.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Community Safety and Social Services Standing Committee.
  • Funding decisions are made after committee review.
  • Successful applicants must follow an agreement and submit a final impact report.
