This one-time initiative provides up to $10,000 to support projects that help prevent falls and promote healthy aging. Eligible activities must benefit adults aged 55+ in Northern Health communities.
Activities funded

Examples of admissible projects:

Group balance classes and home-safety workshops for adults 55+

Outdoor walkability improvements and mobility clinics for safer senior walking

- The proposed initiative must focus on falls prevention and/or healthy aging
