Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Exporting businesses in Laval
  • For-profit businesses legally incorporated in Quebec or Canada and holding a Quebec enterprise number (NEQ)
  • Established businesses with a decision-making centre in Laval
  • Businesses in the manufacturing sector, the driving tertiary sector, or a sector considered a priority or strategic

Who is not eligible

  • Companies under creditor protection or bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Companies listed in RENAVAL.
  • Companies in default with Laval or another government authority.

  • Trade show registration and participation fees
  • Advertising costs
  • Booth rental fees
  • Intellectual property protection expenses
  • Certification, compliance, or accreditation expenses
  • Professional fees

  • Step 2: Prepare the application package
    • Complete the application form.
    • Prepare the international business plan.
    • Gather the financial statements for the last two years.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the application to the City of Laval's Economic Development Department by email.
    • Use exportation@laval.ca as the submission address.
    • Submit no later than May 28, 2026.
