Overview

This program provides up to $2,500 to help organizations explore collaborative opportunities. Funding can support workshops, meeting space, facilitators, equipment, project design and budgeting support, and other resources to develop a collaborative initiative.

Activities funded

  • Exploring and developing collaborative opportunities between partners
  • Planning and designing a collaborative initiative prior to a full proposal
Examples of admissible projects:

Facilitated partner workshops to design a surplus-to-meals collaboration pilot

Design sprint to plan a shared marine conditions data pilot

How to apply

Step 1: Prepare Letter of Intent (LOI)
  • Download the Letter of Intent form from the Foundation website.
  • Complete the form with the requested information.
Step 2: Submit Letter of Intent
  • Submit the completed LOI form by email.
Step 3: Full application (by invitation)
  • If invited, prepare and submit a full application.
