- Round-trip economy-class transport between Quebec and Wales.
- Accommodation and daily allowance, up to CAD 200 per participant per day.
- Other mission-related travel costs, such as visas, insurance, and greenhouse gas compensation.

- Applications are assessed by the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Communications.
