How to apply

  • Submit a completed Seeded Acreage Report (SAR) no later than June 22 (June 23 for 2026).

Processing and Agreement

  • Claims are automatically initiated by the information entered on the Seeded Acreage Report.
  • After the report is submitted, an adjustor will typically complete an in-field verification of the claim.
  • Once verified, the claim is processed and payment is made via the preferred payment method.

  • Once the EMI RDO or one of the EMI HDVOs is selected, it remains in effect year after year until the producer deselects it.
