How to apply
- Prepare the required narratives in Word or PDF file formats before filling in the fields.
- Complete the nomination form fields for the nominee, the sport(s), the highest coaching level, and the nominator if different.
- Upload the completed narratives file.
- Upload a high-resolution photo of the nominee with their athletes.
- Upload the declaration of ancestry if the nominee does not have a status/treaty number.
- Check the certification box in lieu of a signature.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are collected and reviewed by a national committee.
- Recipients are selected for the male and female categories.
- Successful candidates receive their award at the national gala.
