- Other Canadian organizations may participate in Eurogia projects on a self-funded basis or as sub-contractors to funded participants

- Preference may be given to Canadian SME applicants with a minimum of 15 full-time equivalent employees.
- Preference may be given to Canadian SME applicants that have commercialized one or more products domestically or internationally.
- Preference may be given to Canadian SME applicants with greater than $500,000 CAD in annual revenue.
