Processing and Agreement
- Applications are assessed by SPW Recherche and, where relevant, independent experts.
- Projects are then discussed in a multilateral consensus meeting between funding bodies.
- Selected projects are forwarded to the Minister responsible for Research.
- Eureka label is issued after agreement from the other funding countries.
- Applicants are notified of the funding decision.

- A consortium agreement must be signed before project start.
- The project cannot have received public funding already.
- Projects are submitted in parallel to Eureka and ONTIME.
- A French-language funding request to SPW Recherche is mandatory for Walloon applicants.
