Who is eligible?
- Incorporated Canadian small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), defined as for-profit companies with 500 or fewer full-time equivalent employees.

How to apply
- The project consortium must submit a EUREKA project application form to the EUREKA Network Program.
- Each project partner seeking funding must submit all required documents to its respective national funding body and meet its due diligence process requirements.
- Canadian applicants must register by clicking the REGISTER button at the end of the page.
- Canadian applicants must submit an expression of interest form.
- Qualifying applicants are invited to complete and submit the international consortium project proposal (ICPP) with project partners.
Processing and Agreement
- NRC IRAP reviews registrations and contacts applicants if more information is required.
- Qualifying applicants are invited to submit an expression of interest form, and qualifying EOI applicants are invited to complete and submit the international consortium project proposal (ICPP).
- NRC IRAP evaluates Canadian ICPP applications, and only Canadian participants of selected proposals are invited to submit an NRC IRAP funding proposal.
- Each national funding body evaluates submitted applications independently.
- A final joint project selection is performed, and eligible project partners sign legally binding funding agreements with their respective national funding body.
