Who is eligible?
- Non-profit organizations
- Indigenous governments, tribal councils, band councils, settlements, and not-for-profit Indigenous organizations
- Universities, colleges, and institutes applying with an Indigenous and ethnocultural partner
- Arms-length municipal or municipal district affiliated organizations applying with an Indigenous and ethnocultural partner

- Federal, provincial, or municipal governments
- Federal and provincial Crown corporations
- Public sector entities such as schools, hospitals, and public post-secondary institutions without a partnership
- Political parties and individuals

- Costs that remove barriers to participation
- Administrative costs up to 15% of the grant budget
- Eligible in-kind costs, if applicable
