Processing and Agreement

  • The organization is notified in writing of the outcome
  • Successful applicants must sign a funding agreement before payment
  • Manitoba may request additional information, monitor the project, and conduct reviews or audits

  • First-time applicants are strongly encouraged to discuss their proposal with Strategic Policy Branch staff before applying.
  • Applications are accepted once per year, with a March 31 intake deadline.
  • Final reports are due by April 30 after the intake year.
