  • Work carried out before a complete application is submitted
  • Development costs that would be required regardless of contamination
  • Environmental study costs already reimbursed under the ERASE Study Grant Program
  • Demolition and infrastructure upgrades outside the stated site and development conditions

Processing and Agreement
