- Demolition and on-site infrastructure upgrades for eligible sites

- Work carried out before a complete application is submitted
- Development costs that would be required regardless of contamination
- Environmental study costs already reimbursed under the ERASE Study Grant Program
- Demolition and infrastructure upgrades outside the stated site and development conditions

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the City of Hamilton.
- The City may verify information and inspect the site.

- A pre-consultation meeting with the program contact is required before applying.
- The City may inspect the property before, during, and after the work.
