- Artist honorariums and fees
- Rehearsal, production, presentation, and technical fees
- Marketing and promotion costs
- Venue and equipment rental
- Art materials and other direct project costs

- Land, fixtures, physical facilities, and specialized equipment
- Classroom instruction fees, tuition, conference or seminar fees
- Travel, touring, and accommodation costs
- Art therapy projects and fundraising events
- Retroactive costs incurred before notification

Processing and Agreement
- Submissions are reviewed by a peer assessment panel.
- Assessment decisions are final.
- Applicants are notified by email about 4 to 6 weeks after the closing date.
- If approved, a contract must be signed before funding is released.
- Recipients must submit a final report after project completion.

- Applicants may use Generative AI, but full disclosure is required.
- A report is required upon completion of the project.
- Recipients must acknowledge London Arts Council and City of London support in related materials.
- Recipients must keep project records for seven years.
