- Costs linked to organizational consolidation and transition toward environmentally responsible practices.
- Costs related to shared tools, resources, or knowledge used for decarbonization in the cultural sector.
- Costs for pooling resources and services among participating arts organizations.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Expenses already funded under another CALQ program or another organization.
- Any project expenses that are not part of the approved activities.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are evaluated by selection committees.
- Projects are assessed on merit, program objectives, and evaluation criteria.
- The Council makes a decision approximately three to four months after the registration deadline.
- Approved applicants receive an announcement and an agreement letter setting out the payment terms and conditions.
- Refused applicants are notified in writing or through their Mon Dossier CALQ file.
