Processing and Agreement
- The application is reviewed for eligibility by Énergir or Hydro-Québec, depending on the program chosen.
- If eligible, the applicant receives an eligibility letter and then signs the contract.
- For performance incentives, annual savings reports are reviewed before payment.
- Payments are issued after approved deliverables and, when applicable, after invoice submission.
