How to apply

    • Contact the Economic Development Officer before applying.

  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Complete the online CIP application.
    • Attach required documentation and supporting quotes.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Submit the application through the Town’s online CIP application form.
  • Step 4: Review and approval
    • The Town reviews and verifies the application.
    • Wait for formal approval before starting any work.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed and verified by the Chief Building Official or designate.
  • The Town may reject retrofit activities that do not meet the program’s energy-saving expectations.
  • Approved projects must be completed before funding is issued.
  • Applicants must provide proof of payment after completion.
