- Upfront rebate payments for eligible incentives.
- Heating, water heating, insulation, windows, doors, ventilation, and service upgrades.
- Health and safety work needed for rebate-eligible envelope upgrades.
- Eligible appliances and maintenance of approved heating systems.

- Indigenous communities connected to the electric grid, gas system, or both
- Homes in FortisBC’s electricity service area for certain rebates
- Homes in climate zones 6, 7a, 7b, and 8 for certain upgrades
- Homes north of and including the District of 100 Mile House for the northern top-up
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through the program support process after you connect with a coordinator.
- A project coach may help submit the application and confirm required information.
- Applicants can log in to check application status and update information.
- Program terms and conditions apply before funding is issued.

- Indigenous housing managers can register through any program partner.
- An Energy Coach and a Project Coach may assist with planning and the application process.
- Project coaches can submit rebate applications on behalf of applicants, if needed.
- The program is offered jointly by FortisBC, BC Hydro and CleanBC.
