- Alternatively (for Comprehensive Support), the household qualifies if it received eligible social assistance/benefit program support within the past 12 months.
- The project must be energy-saving home upgrades provided through the Energy Affordability Program (either Comprehensive Support upgrades or an Energy Saving Kit).
- For the cold climate heat pump upgrade, the home must be heated by electricity or oil (and oil-fueled heating systems may qualify for a heat pump at no cost).
